Refund & Returns Policy

Sundial Creek Journal Pty Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all orders for Slim Coffee Booster placed through biosnew.world.

1. Return Window

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right applies to unopened, unused units in their original packaging. The 14-day return window is consistent with best-practice consumer protection standards. Note: Australian Consumer Law provides additional statutory guarantees that apply regardless of this policy.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order reference or confirmation).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and food supplement safety reasons).
• Products that have been damaged after delivery by the customer.
• Products returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery without prior written approval from us.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@biosnew.world with:

• Your full name and order reference number.
• The reason for return (optional but helpful).
• A photo of the unopened product and packaging.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not return goods before receiving written confirmation from us.

5. Refund Process

Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, we will process a full refund of the product purchase price within 7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product dispatched).

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
